What the system does

Automated Scraping
Selenium logs into each shop platform automatically and extracts all daily sales data without any manual input.
Report Generation
Raw sales data is processed into formatted Excel spreadsheets and PDF reports with totals and per-shop breakdowns.
Automated Email
The report is automatically emailed every night with Excel and PDF attached. The client wakes up to their report.
Data Storage
All sales data is stored in a structured SQLite database enabling historical reporting and trend analysis.
Web Dashboard
A Flask web app gives the client a login-protected dashboard to view sales data and generate custom reports.
Scheduled Runs
The system runs automatically twice daily on a Linux VPS managed by systemd — fully hands-off after setup.
